Please allow 2 weeks for delivery on shipped goods to allow for processing and regular mail delivery.

On download-able items you will not be charged any shipping fees.  Your product will arrive in your email in box within 24 hours of  a successful transaction.

If you have not received a product within the time specified above - please contact us toll free  at 1 (888) 726-3361 and advise us of this.

A Refreshing Return Policy

First, we want to let you know that you can feel comfortable calling us! We can be reached at 1-888-726-3361. (Now isn't that refreshing to find a phone number on a website?)

We want to ensure you receive what you have ordered in good condition. All items are guaranteed to have been shipped in perfect order. Although we cannot guarantee that your goods will arrive in perfect condition (shipping mishaps do occur) - please advise us if they have been damaged in the shipping process and we will re-ship the order. (within reason)

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received for any reason - please contact us at 1-888-726-3361 to let us know what the problem is so that we can rectify it.

All workshops are satisfaction or your money refunded guaranteed. All we ask is that before we refund your money in full that you provide us with what your expectations were and advise us how we could improve the workshop. We want to provide the best information possible - and will stand behind our work.

All products in the member products category are provided by and will be shipped by members. Please check with each supplier for their return policies. If you feel you have been unfairly treated by a member, please let us know so that we may assist.
